While credit repair outcomes vary and no specific results can be guaranteed, we believe clients should see measurable progress when actively participating in the process.
For that reason, we offer a 120-Day Progress Guarantee, subject to the terms outlined below.
If you enroll in our monthly services and, after 120 consecutive days of active participation, you do not experience either of the following:
The removal of at least one questionable negative item from your credit report, or
A combined credit score increase of 50 points or more across the three major credit bureaus,
you may request a refund of the monthly service fees paid during the first 120 days.
This guarantee is intended to reflect progress, not a complete credit restoration within 120 days.
To qualify for the 120-Day Progress Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
Continuous Participation
You must remain enrolled and active for the full 120-day period.
Any cancellation, chargeback, or missed payment during this time will void eligibility.
No New Negative Activity
You must not incur new derogatory credit activity after enrollment, including late payments, collections, charge-offs, or other negative entries.
Timely Communication
All correspondence received from creditors, collection agencies, or credit bureaus must be forwarded to The Perry Enterprise within seven (7) days of receipt.
On-Time Payments
All service fees must be paid on time and in accordance with your signed service agreement.
Identity Verification
Required identification documents (such as government-issued ID and Social Security verification) must be submitted within five (5) days of signing your agreement.
If a refund request is submitted, The Perry Enterprise reserves up to ten (10) business days to:
Review your credit reports
Audit your account activity
Confirm eligibility requirements have been met
Verify that no qualifying progress occurred
Refunds are limited to monthly service fees paid during the first 120 days only.
Fees paid beyond the initial 120-day period are not eligible for reimbursement.
Example: If services continue for 180 days or longer, any approved refund would still be limited to fees paid during the first 120 days.
To request consideration under the 120-Day Progress Guarantee:
Submit your request in writing.
Include supporting documentation, such as credit reports from enrollment and at the conclusion of the 120-day period.
Allow up to ten (10) business days for review and response.
