Before commencing credit education and document processing services, you will be required to sign the following documents:
Credit Service Agreement: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the provision of credit services, including the scope of services, fees, and client responsibilities.
Authorization for Credit Repair Action: By signing this authorization, you grant consent for the company to take necessary actions to repair and dispute inaccurate or outdated information on your credit reports.
Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure): This disclosure document provides you with information about your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), including your right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit reports.
Right Of Cancellation Notice: This notice informs you of your right to cancel the contract within a specified period, typically three business days, without penalty.
These documents ensure transparency, protect your rights as a consumer, and establish clear guidelines for the credit education and document processing services provided by the company.

Document Preparation and Credit Education:
Our services encompass comprehensive evaluation of your current credit reports from relevant credit reporting agencies. We meticulously identify any inaccuracies, errors, false information, or outdated data and collaborate with you to determine which items you wish to dispute. Subsequently, we offer expert guidance on the necessary steps to challenge and rectify any discrepancies found within your credit reports.
Our commitment extends to preparing all essential correspondence required for disputing inaccurate, erroneous, false, or obsolete information within your credit reports. We facilitate the entire process, from drafting initial dispute letters to assisting you in responding to correspondence received from the credit reporting agencies.
Our consulting, coaching, and monitoring services are designed to accommodate your needs through various channels, including personal meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone calls, emails, or any other mode of communication during standard business hours.
In exchange for the aforementioned services, you agree to remunerate fees as delineated in your client agreement. Should you wish to terminate the contract, you retain the right to do so within three business days from the date of signing, subject to the conditions outlined in your client agreement. Simply provide written notice in accordance with the terms specified.
